Hi! Welcome to my web page. Hi! I'm Becky and this is my home page. I woul like to take this time out to tell you about what Jesus has done for me. All my life I have lived in a Christian family and I have been raised in the church. I thought that since I was in a Christian family and a "good person" that would be good enough. Well, I was wrong. I was living a life without a personal relationship with God. I would do my own thing until I fell into a pit after graduation and my freshman year in college. While I was going through my hard time, I realized that I needed God. Neither my friends or family could "save" me...I needed to have a personal relationship whith Christ. Now I spend time with God every day and listen to uplifting Christian music. I have awesome friends and family and I now love telling people about Jesus. Jesus loves you, no matter what you've done. All you have to do is: A. Admit that you are a sinner before God. Romans 3:23 "All have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God." B. Believe that Jesus died for our sins and arose from the grave. I Corinthians 15:3&4 "For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures." C. Confess Jesus as your Lord, Savior& God, committing your life to Him and call upon Him in prayer. Romans 10:9&8 "That if you confess with your mouth, Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved." Simply pray "Lord Jesus, I now confess my sinful condition to you. I know that I am a sinner and that you rose from the dead. I now confess you as my Lord, my Savior, my God. I invite you in my heart and take control of my life. I'm a social work major at the University of Akron. I also want to go into ministries. I attend the Wadsworth First Church of the Nazarene where I am the college and career rep and help with the youth group. I am a memeber of the Baptist collegiate Ministries at Akron. I like hanging out with my best friends: Megan, Brian, Josh, Myk, Michelle. I also like telling people about the love that God has for them and that there is really something out there. Live life to the fullest, rely on God and all will be fine! |
